Standard Shipping (Australia)

• Free shipping on all orders (non-bulky items only) over $150 in Australia, excluding Western Australia (WA), and the Northern Territory (NT)
• A flat fee of $12 is charged for shipping on all orders under $150 in Australia, excluding WA
• Western Australia standard shipping is $15, Northern Territory standard shipping is $15

Premium Standard Shipping

• A more reliable service with higher dispatch priority where possible. For this service we will use; Australia Post, Star Track, TNT, depending on your location.
• $20 to WA
• $17 to all other states in Australia (excluding NT)

Express Shipping

• $30 to WA
• $40 to NT
• $25 to all other states in Australia

Bulk Item Shipping

• Applicable to orders to Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia & the Northern Territory
• Heavy items between 10kg - 15kg = $55 (WA) and $60 (NT)
• Heavy items above 15kg = $100 (WA) and $150 (NT)
• Heavy items above 20kg = $35 (VIC, QLD, SA, TAS)

How long your order will take to arrive

Gallantoro will dispatch all goods within 4 - 48 hours of the order placement. Generally, deliveries will take 1-3 business days for handling and shipping between Australian capital cities. Deliveries to Australian regional areas however may take longer, generally 2-5 business days. 

Please note that all deliveries require a signature on delivery and a card will be left if no one is available to sign, for delivery rescheduling. Please ensure that there is someone available to sign or alternatively, have your order delivered to a work address if you are not home during business hours. If using a work address, please be sure to include the business name in the address field.

 

The average delivery times are: 

Standard

• 2-4 Business days for Australia wide locations including most country areas. Deliveries to regional areas however may take longer.
• 7-10 Business days for WA country, far North QLD and most of NT, outside Alice Springs and Darwin.

 

Express

This is a next day delivery service to metro capital cities. We will ship your order with Australia Post or a courier service and this service covers 80% of Australian addresses and PO Boxes in the capital cities and major regional areas. Perth and Darwin and some regional areas are not covered by the next day delivery service and are likely to be delivered in 2-3 business days.

International 

International order delivery is subject to the various zones listed below, however should arrive within 1-2 weeks from date of purchase. International orders are shipped by DHL Express & Australia Post. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the amount of time it takes for an item to clear customs. The customer will be fully responsible for any customs duties or foreign taxes that may be imposed.

Prior to dispatching your order, we may request ID + payment verification as a security check, to prevent fraudulent international purchases.

Zone 1 // New Zealand: 3 to 5 business days

Zone 2 // Asia Pacific: 5 to 12 business days

Zone 3 // Western Europe: 5 to 12 business days

Zone 4 // North America & Middle East: 7 to 12 business days

Zone 5 // Rest of World: 8 to 14 business days

 

International Taxes and Duties

All applicable customs, import duties and fees are not accounted for in the shipping fee and will not be charged by Gallantoro. Some countries may require additional fees paid for "Collect on Delivery" (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Australia.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your order. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your order, and in some rare cases delivery may be delayed.
