The hats are fabulous. In contrast, this was the worst shopping experience in my memory. Having paid $27 for metropolitan delivery, I had to waste 40 minutes collecting them from a depot. This was over a month after paying for them. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with Gallantoro, to find out what happened to my package, I was left to deal with the courier.

Good service, nice Toyo Trilby hat.

I bought a small men's hat for myself.
It fits perfectly, arrived promptly and looks awesome. Beautiful quality. I'll be wearing it for years.
